Work as hard as you can while you can because time is very valuable and essential. Time should not be wasted and should not be abused. Those that start their good work ethic early, will end up seeing fruits earlier as well, and will have plenty of time to see the result and the impact it has on people. Start early, learn as much as you can from people as much as possible.

In an industry like ours, it is very easy to get discouraged/feel overwhelmed by all the smart people around us. Thinking I will never build something that cool or be on that stage. It is important to remember we all start somewhere and even out tech heros 1 day felt like us.

Be humble. Humility in the workplace had helped me to maintain an open mind and desire to continuously learn from others. Ask for feedback and graciously accept the feedback. The few hackhathons that I attended broadened my knowledge of technology and it beefed up my CV. The positive energy at the Hackathon is contagious it leaves you with great ideas and new goals. I am currently working building a test automation framework from scratch (yes its coding).
